The exhibition space located in LOFT (by OCT Tianjin) was transformed from a Meiya car factory with a 60-year-old history. The venue has two floors, with the OCT Branding Center in the first floor and the Canal Innovative Center in the second floor. The exhibition space totals at 1900 sqm. Based on the client’s need, DND provided research and design from three different approaches: history and culture of the canal, cultural tourism plans of Xi Qing District in Tianjin, and OCT Branding. The exhibition presents thoughts on development of canal city and OCT culture. The Canal Innovative Center opened in August 2018.
