Optimized the subject, header design, and CTA button through A/B testing of different design options, increasing followers from 3k to 12k and achieving an average conversion rate of 6%. Additionally, used ChatGPT for copywriting and built custom copywriting prompts using our copywriting data.





Illustration and Diagram redesign


Created the diagram illustration for email, website, social media. Reduced redundant conversations about product information production by approximately 30%.
